It was one normal day, I was browsing books when I noticed a book with an interesting cover. Yeah, kill me for I judged a book by its cover. I bought it and read it at home. Since them, I cant stop thinking that Charlie and I have the same life, almost! I fell in love with the book. The Perks of Being A Wall Flower was written by Stephen Chbosky, and was published in 1999. It's about a teen named Charlie and his struggles as a teenager. The whole book was narrated by Charlie as he writes letters to an unknown person. I think all of us can relate to it since we all went through puberty and self-discovery. I really don't know if my word will justify how good the book is. It made me laugh and it made me cry. It made me realize things, it made me feel like somehow, somewhere, someone is feeling the same, some random Charlie is feeling the same.
Read the book too, and see the movie as well. I guarantee you that it will be one of the best book you'll ever buy. To me it was and it will forever be.
I think I'll try to find a movie of it. tamad ako magbasa. lol
ReplyDeletehaha hindi pa showing yung movie. read it first! haha you'll never regret it, siguro sa una you'll feel bored, but it gets better.. anyway, its your choice naman. It think the movie will give justice to it base sa trailer..
