What Scares My Limited Pocket

In a few weeks time, the epic journey that started it all will hit the theaters. Once again, us human beings will be transported back to the Middle Earth where dwarves, wizards, elves and hobbits dwell. Once again, we will marvel in awe as we witness the journey that brought us one of the best film that was ever made.

Let us join uncle Bilbo Baggins and the band of dwarves as they start their journey across Middle Earth. The literary genius turned into a cinematic masterpiece will once again hit the theaters with the LOTR prequel, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

I am personally excited to see this film since I am huge fan of the LOTR Trilogy. To me, the trilogy is one the best films (if not THE best) ever made. It was already a decade ago when the first film debuted and it was just last year that I have watched the entire trilogy. I have heard of it many times but never did I have the curiosity to watch the famed trilogy. It was until I got a copy from my friend that I finally had the chance to watch it. I instantly fell in love with it the moment Cate Blanchett started narrating the history of the Rings and of the Middle Earth. Right there and then, I knew that I will be willing to join Frodo's journey to Mordor. Until now, I have been watching the trilogy every now and then (The Return of the Kings is actually playing as I type) and it still leaves me with the same feeling the first time I saw it. I need not to explain it further because the trilogy already defined a generation, and if you haven't seen it yet, you are missing the greatest journey ever told. I know I am exaggerating but I just love the trilogy that much. Anyway December 14 is the date to remember and more good news for other LOTR fans, The Hobbit will also be a trilogy, in which the first part is the Unexpected Journey, followed by Desolation of Smaug and will end with There and Back Again.

That's about it guys, it seems that I have a lot of things to save up to. This movie, plus Les Miserables, Christmas, my blog anniversary, and the Script's concert. I wish I have a job already, better yet I wish Bill Gates or Warren Buffet is my father, then my account is always full, tee hee. Speaking of Anniversary, Ate Balut of Balut Manila will be having her anniversary of the 29th and she is aiming for 50k views when the date comes. She's one friendly blogger, and one of the few whom I consider my blogs friend, so let's help her reach 50,000 views. CLICK HERE TO VISIT HER BLOG.

That's about it guys, have a good day, Smile!
