After 1000 days, 58 unfortunate souls still seek justice. When will justice be served?
Today is 1000th day of the Maguindanao Massacre. Not only was the massacre a national issue for it was called the single deadliest event for journalist in history. Out of 58 bodies buried against their will, 34 of them were journalist. The massacre did not only shocked the whole world, it also put the Philippines, next to Iraq as the most dangerous place for a journalist.
And now, after 1000 days, families of the victims are still seeking for justice.
